He has worked for Lexmark for over 15 years and brings a unique mixture of wit and intelligence to solving service challenges. He has a Master’s degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems from Georgia Institute of Technology and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
